  2. What is the most efficient way to advertise/market yourself as a Realtor?
  3. What characteristics do you think a successful Realtor has?
  4. Why is it important to always be motivated and determined in the field of real estate?
  5. What is the most important aspect during the process of buying or selling as a Realtor in correlation to the client?
  6. Is it important to develop a relationship with the client?
  7. How have you incorporated social media into expanding your business as a Realtor?
  8. What factors are important in organizing your business environment? (i.e. office, employees, etc.)
  9. Are you an efficient user of technology? If so, how do you incorporate modern technology into increasing your profits?
