EQ: What is the best way to maximize profits as a Realtor?

  • Learn to present yourself as a passionate, driven, and confident person so that you can efficiently communicate with other agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the industry.
  • Always keep the customers' service in mind, this is an industry 'by the people, for the people'. You must be patient and confident that you can get your customer what they need and/or want.
3.  What is the most important source you have used that has helped you come up with an answer to your working EQ?

A: While working on my EQ, the most influential source I've come across is "The Art of Escrow", written by Juliana Tu. This small book packs tons of information in regards to my topic. "It's the definitive guide to understanding the real estate escrow process".

4.  Who is your mentor, or where are you volunteering, and how does what you are doing relate to your working EQ?

A: My mentor is Monica Diaz, I volunteer throughout her workplace and her home. I'm often managing the locks and keys to her current properties, and sometimes I'll even show the house to a potential buyer.
